LIVERMORE, CA-Chamberlin Associates of Pleasanton has added to its land holdings here with a parcel that fronts the north side of Interstate 580 in West Livermore. The real estate development firm acquired the property from Livermore Investment Associates for approximately $3.6 million.

Plans are under way to develop the acreage for retail and commercial purposes. Various retail alternatives being considered include fast food, sit-down restaurants, retail space, a gas station and other potential ventures.

Chamberlin owns and leases multi-tenant business parks, and provides build-to-suit development. The owns two other development sites in Livermore; a 6.06-acre parcel on S. Vasco Road and approximately 13 acres on Greenville Road fronting Interstate 580.
