FOLCROFT, PA-FedEx Ground expanded its operations here with the renewal of its lease for 40,000 sf and an expansion to an additional 21,647 sf at 800 Primos Ave. in Folcroft Business Center. It now occupies the entire building.
The aggregate value of the lease, which is for a four-year term, is in excess of $1.5 million, Steve Italiano, tells GlobeSt.com. Italiano is SVP in the Wayne office of CB Richard Ellis and a member of the firm's industrial services group. He represented Mark II Associates, a private real estate investment partnership that owns the building, in the renewal and expansion negotiations. Fischer Co. represented FedEx Ground.
The building has a 22-ft clear ceiling height, multiple tailgate locks, drive-in loading facilities and finished office space. It is located close to I 95 and Philadelphia International Airport.
