The building sits on a hillside location overlooking the Route 128 and Route 2 interchange and is part of a three-building office park that features a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, aerobics studio and child-care center.

Tamie Thompson, Mathew Dwyer and Alex Dauris, all with Spaulding & Slye Colliers, represented the tenant. Rosenfeld along with David Stewart and David Provost, all with Boston Properties, handled the transaction for the owner.
