C-K Associates was represented by Griff Bandy of NAI Houston while the Newport Beach, CA-based building owner, KBS Realty Advisors, had Wanda Wilson of locally based PM Realty Group bargaining its terms. Bandy, an associate with NAI Houston, tells GlobeSt.com that while no build-outs were involved with the lease, the tenants did receive some tenant improvements.
