ATLANTA-Duke Realty Corp. and locally based Hartsfield Warehouseare jointly developing a build-to-suit 301,200-sf warehouse atDuke's Camp Creek Business Center. The 730,000-sf business centeris about five miles west of Atlanta Hartsfield-JacksonInternational Airport in southwest Atlanta.

Duke officials didn't disclose the development cost of theproject but area construction sources familiar with comparable jobstell GlobeSt.com the estimated hard construction cost of thewarehouse will be in the $40-per-sf to $50-per-sf range or anestimated total of $15 million. Hartsfield Warehouse expects tooccupy the entire property when it is completed in February.
