DENVER-Developers of the proposed Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences plan to open a 6,571-sf sales and marketing center for the luxury hotel and condo project. The showroom space is in vacant storefront space at the Retail Galleria at the Denver Center of the Performing Arts. The center, which will line 14th Street, will be adjacent to the $100-million Ellie Caulkins Opera House. It is scheduled to open in December 2005.
The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will be constructed on the southeast corner of Arapahoe and Fourteenth streets in Downtown Denver, across from the Denver Center for Performing Arts.
"We are bringing the same 'grand living' to Denver that's found in many of the world's most celebrated and cosmopolitan cities, and we're doing it with a name and company that defines five-star living--Four Seasons," says Jeff Selby, developer of the Hotel Teatro, a historic boutique across the street from the proposed Four Seasons. "Throughout the past century, Americans have enjoyed a storybook way of living in distinctive residences situated in the most elegant hotels of New York, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco. Now, people who live in Denver will have the same opportunity to live in a service-rich environment that is truly above and beyond any other project."
Selby's partner, Michael Brenneman, notes that the location is within walking distance from the Performing Arts District, Lower Downtown and Larimer Square. When complete, Denver's Four Seasons development will include 140 private residences ranging in size from 866 sf to 7,500 sf on its upper floors and 230 five-star Four Seasons flagged hotel rooms and suites. Residents will have access to the full services provided by the Four Seasons, including daily housekeeping, valet parking, in-residence dining, 24-hour room service, 24-hour dry cleaning service, nightly bed turndown, concierge, and its spa.
"The homeowners of Four Seasons Private Residences in Denver will enjoy the first-class amenities and catered services of Four Seasons Hotel not available anywhere else," Selby says. "The people of Denver are more than ready for a five-star living option. The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will be unlike anything else in Denver today and certainly in a class of its own."
