CENTENIAL, CO-The Denver regional office of NorthMarq Capital Inc. arranged $4.45 million in permanent financing to Centennial Park, LLC, which is affiliated with Environmental Development, LLC based in San Diego. The loan was for the 77,400-sf Centennial Airport Center II at 6981 S. Quentin St. near Centennial Airport.
The property, constructed in 2001, is a single-story, office/warehouse/flex building divided among three bays. About 30% of the overall square footage is office space. Steve Bye, executive vice president and senior managing director; Dan Koehler, vice president; along with Kelly Niquette, investment analyst of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing.
Minneapolis-based NorthMarq is a national real estate investment banker providing financing for commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and assisted living apartments, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, hotels, and other commercial real estate projects.
