Shores will oversee all development projects and acquisitions for the firm. At Hines, Shores headed activities in Colorado, which included the development, acquisition, disposition and entitlement of one million sf of commercial office and mixed-use space.
Prior to joining Hines, Shores was a senior consultant with Anderson Consulting, now Accenture, in its commercial banking mergers and acquisitions group in Charlotte, NC.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
