ATLANTA-Locally based IDI Services Group has picked up a 12-month, 1.1-million-sf management contract from Denver-based Dividend Capital Trust. The portfolio is located at the 544,000-sf DCT 100 Interstate South building in the Eagles Landing area of South Atlanta and the 540,000-sf Clorox distribution facility in Dallas. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Bert Calvert, senior vice president of real estate management for IDISG, negotiated the contract with DCT. Calvert declined to disclose who managed the properties before his company won the contract. He declined to disclose the average asking base rent range.

"These properties are newly acquired by Dividend Capital Trust," he tells GlobeSt.com. The one-year-old properties are both 100% occupied, Calvert says.

IDISG's management portfolio totals 52.7 million sf. With the new management assignment, the firm manages more than nine million sf of industrial space for the Denver REIT, Calvert says. Dividend Capital Trust invests primarily in high-quality distribution warehouses and light industrial properties net-leased to creditworthy corporate customers.
