Barbles, along with Marcus & Millichap Houston office's Rob Chandler, represented Rolamar while Monte Lowery, also with & Millichap in Houston, negotiated on the buyer's behalf. "The seller was taking advantage of the market and he got a very quick turnaround," Barbles tells GlobeSt.com.
