COLORADO SPRINGS-The New York office Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP, or HFF, recently secured $10.86 million in refinancing for Fox Fire Apartments, a 404-unit multifamily community in this city, the second largest in Colorado.
Working exclusively on behalf of JRD Management Corp., HFF managing director Robert Delitsky secured a 10-year, fixed-rate securitized loan through Barclays Capital, a conduit lender. "This is our second transaction with JRD Management, its affiliate Wiener West Group and Barclays," says Delitsky. "In August we arranged financing for Polo Club Apartments in Las Vegas."
Fox Fire Apartments is located at 4390 N. Academy Blvd. Academy Boulevard is a major thoroughfare in Colorado Springs. Fox Fire is 98% occupied. The property contains one- and two-bedroom apartment units and has three on-site outdoor heated swimming pools.
JRD Management Corp. is affiliated with the Wiener Cos. of Mamaroneck, New York. The Wiener Cos. is a 70-year-old, family-owned company with multifamily holdings in New York, Florida, Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Arizona and Nevada. In those seven states, it owns more than 15,000 units.
