MAHWAH, NJ-Prestige of Bergen Inc., an auto dealership based in Ramsey, NJ, has signed an eight-year lease for 60,000 sf of industrial space at 16 McKee Dr. here. The company plans to convert the warehouse space into a service center with administrative offices for its Prestige Toyota unit.

Marion M. Geddes, executive vice president of leasing for Ivy Realty, owner of the building, arranged the signing for both the owner and the tenant. David M. Ginsberg, SVP of Lee & Klatskin Associates of Teterboro, NJ, assisted. "The building's flexible design lends itself well to being adapted for this type of use," Geddes says.

The 110,000-sf facility is within the larger Mahwah Business Center, a 400,000-sf mix of industrial and office space owned and managed by the Montvale, NJ-based Ivy Realty. Built in 1970 and renovated in 1990, 16 McKee Dr. currently has two units totaling 33,000 sf available. Ivy lists available space in the building in a range of $6.75 to $12.50 per sf.
