The Philadelphia-based Marshall Dennehey was represented by Michael Kennedy, executive managing director in the Philadelphia office of Studley, along with executive managing director Robert Bull and corporate managing director Philip Lipper of Studley's Iselin, NJ office. The seven-year deal also includes the right to expand by an additional 7,000 to 8,000 sf. Studley had repped the law firm in its initial commitment five years ago.
The four-story, 126,000-sf class A building, which hosts several other law firms, is owned by the Principal Group, a subsidiary of the Des Moines, IA-based Principal Life Insurance Co. Principal was represented by Richard Baumstein, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield.
