CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI-Taubman Centers Inc. in Bloomfield Hillssays it will begin work on its approximately 600,000-sf,$155-million Partridge Creek Fashion Park. The project is MacombCounty's first regional shopping center in three decades.

Located on a 55-acre site on Highway 59 between Garfield andRomeo Plank roads, the fashion-oriented power center, scheduled foropening during fourth quarter of 2007, already has on board threeanchor tenants: Nordstrom, Parisian and MJR Theatres. Combined, thethree retailers will encompass approximately 400,000 sf. The129,000-sf Nordstrom is scheduled to open spring 2008. Openings forthe 120,000-sf Parisian and the 55,749-sf, 14-screen MJR Theatrehave not yet been announced.
