LeClaire represented the seller in the transaction, Bulgroup Properties, LLC. LeClaire also secured and represented the buyer, U-Store-It, a national REIT listed on the NYSE. "All seven facilities are well-maintained and offer stabilized income in extremely attractive locations," says LeClaire. The facilities were built between 1977 and 1989 and have a total of 317,394 rentable sf. The facilities were 84% occupied at the time of sale.

They properties include: Airport Self-Storage, 15413 E. 18th Ave., Aurora, 514 units; Altura Self-Storage, 1540 Altura Blvd., Aurora, 290 units; South Broadway Self-Storage, 7650 S. Broadway, Littleton, 365 units; South Federal Self-Storage, 4120 S. Federal Blvd., Englewood, 372 units; Lakewood Self-Storage, 1733 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Denver, 452 units; Nook & Cranny Self-Storage, 380 E. Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, 513 units; Avon Self-Storage, 850 Nottingham Road, Avon, near the ski resort of Beaver Creek, 397 units.
