Frank Lopriore, senior vice president with Trammell Crow Co. in Florham Park, NJ, represented both First Financial Equities and the sublessor, Oracle. Terms of the lease were not released. The building is owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, NJ.
Glenpointe Centre East is part of the larger Glenpointe complex, which is entirely owned by the Sanzari organization. Altogether, the complex includes a total of 650,000 sf of office space in two buildings, as well as a 350-room Marriott hotel and conference center, a retail component, a health spa and a covered parking facility.
