"The building offered us efficiencies for our continued presence in New Jersey," says Dale Lazerson, Indymac's vice president of corporate real estate. "They chose this building because it is virtually a stone's throw from their current location, thus minimizing relocation activities and business downtime for employees and operations," says Jon Sarkisian, EVP of CB Richard Ellis in Philadelphia. Sarkisian, CBRE vice chairman Todd Doney and senior associate Brian C. Saggiomo all represented IndyMac. The owner of the building, Opus Corp., was represented by Grubb & Ellis. Terms of the lease were not released.
Built in 2004, Lake Center IV is part of a two-building, 19-acre complex owned by Opus within the Lake Center Executive Park here. Lake Center IV is currently listed with 32,000 sf available, and Opus lists its twin lake Center V as being available in its entirety. The Minnesota-based Opus has its Philadelphia-area regional office in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
