According to Leighton, NAI Global will provide Dow Corning with assistance on rent reviews, site selection and the disposal of surplus assets. Currently, the firm is working with Dow Corning on two business rate assignments and a sublet listing active with NAI Fuller Peiser in the UK. Another current project is a facility relocation in Menlo Park, CA with NAI BT Commercial of Northern California.
Prior to formalizing its working agreement with Dow Corning, NAI Global had assisted the company with their office facilities in Seoul, South Korea, with the help of that country's NAI SAMS. NAI Global also worked with NAI Japan on Dow Corning's office requirements in Tokyo.
