Designed by Meeks + Partners, Lincoln Place will be comprised of more than 200 luxury apartment residences above 22,000 sf of small-shop retail space and a multi-level parking structure. The project includes a public-private partnership between the O'Connor Group, the City of Loveland, and the Loveland Urban Renewal Authority (LURA) and is part of strategic plan to revitalize downtown Loveland.
Lincoln Place will "play a key role in the redevelopment of downtown Loveland," says Brian W. Bair, partner and vice president of the O'Connor Group. "Lincoln Place is a great example of how a public-private partnership can benefit all parties and specifically the community at large." Bair and the team at O'Connor have been working with the city and LURA on the Lincoln Place project for the past two and a half years."
The class A, multifamily, mixed-use community is scheduled to open next spring and pre-leasing for the retail shop space is under way. The residences will be constructed three and four stories above the retail space with views of the Front Range and Eastern Plains. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans will include interiors with high ceilings and contemporary finishes, washer/dryers, private balconies, large walk-in closets, fireplaces, and high-speed Internet connections. Amenities will include a clubroom, large private courtyard with a pool and spa, a fitness center, and convenient parking in the parking garage.
"We believe Lincoln Place is a major step in activating Loveland's downtown core, and this project will complement the tremendous growth and activity the City has experienced on the east side of town at I-25 and Highway 34, " says Donald J. Marcotte, partner and president of the O'Connor Group.
The O'Connor Group is a real estate services firm that develops, markets, and manages properties. The company selected Foster City, CA-based Legacy Partners to manage Lincoln Place.
