WALLED LAKE, MI-Central Irrigation Supply, a wholesale company that sells sprinkler systems and auxiliary components nationwide to commercial and residential installers, has relocated with help of its new long-term lease for 5,000 sf.
According to Brent Beshears, vice president of Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide's Southfield, MI offices, the quoted lease per sf on the property is $10.50, gross, on an annual basis, and Central's deal wasn't too far off the mark.
"They took the space as is," adds Beshears, who with Insite colleague Jon German, an industrial associate, represented the landlord, Gilbertsville, PA-based TRW Associates, LLC, in the transaction.
The facility, located at 2873 Haggerty Rd., is 10,000 sf. "It's an older industrial building that is 100% leased," Beshears tells GlobeSt.com. Paul Said of Signature Associates/ONCOR International's Southfield, MI-based office represented the tenant during the transaction. Central Irrigation Supply products are available through wholesale and retail outlets, and offers everything from drainage systems to fountain set-ups.
