Vibrant Media Ltd. has taken 7,082 feet on the seventh floor, and Flightbookers Ltd. will occupy 32,172 sf on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors. The move, a consolidation for Vibrant, comes with an option on a further floor. The total income from both deals will be euro 1.9 million ($2.3 million) per year, and both companies have taken a 10-year term with a five-year break option.
Land Securities represented itself in both transactions. Sterling Ackroyd spoke for Vibrant Media Ltd., and Flightbookers Ltd. was represented by Andrews Denford & Boyd.
