The new owner, which manufactures brackets for mounting of automobile GPS and wireless phones, plans on occupying half of the structure at 1936 W. Rawhide Dr. and finding a tenant for the balance, says John Pompay, senior associate in Phoenix for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.

Pompay, the buyer's broker, tells GlobeSt.com that Specialty Autosound moved from Hohokum 10 East Park in Tempe. "They came from about 4,500 sf," he says.

The Rawhide Drive property will be listed for lease at 65 cents per sf, per month, triple net. Mike Goldwater, also with TCC in Phoenix, has been hired to lease the duplex. Pompay says there are no deals in the works, as yet. Seller Remar Construction Inc. of Tempe was represented by Jim Ryder with Colliers International Inc. in Phoenix office.
