The expansion continues C&W's presence in the building, where it has been a tenant since 1989. Also known as the Metromedia Building, the 15-story tower is owned by CBRE Investors. C&W's expansion was negotiated by the firm's Christopher Kinum.
"Our expanded offices not only accommodate our current needs, but will support our continued expansion," says Gil Medina, who was promoted earlier this year to the position of executive managing director for C&W in the Garden State. Medina is also part of a new management team that C&W has put together for its New Jersey operations over the past six months. Besides Medina's promotion to the top spot, the firm has also brought in Kim Brennan from CB Richard Ellis in New York City, with the title of managing director; and has added Robert Rudin from CBRE of New Jersey, with the title of executive vice president.
The expansion here also follows a similar move, earlier this year, when C&W expanded its Central New Jersey office located in Edison. The firm maintains a third office in Parsippany, NJ.
