Russell Reynolds is the seventh tenant to sign a lease at the 670,000-sf property, Hines project manager John F. Robbins tells GlobeSt.com. There is a total 146,000 sf of available space remaining in the near-finished building. Robbins predicts the structure may be close to 100% leased when it opens at the end of the first quarter.

Other tenants include King & Spalding LLP, Earnest Partners, Rabobank International, Roark Capital, restaurateur Bob Amick and a retail shop. The King & Spalding law firm is the building's anchor tenant. The lawyers have signed a 15-year-lease for 416,000 sf on 17 floors, including the top 14 floors. The estimated value of that lease is $118 million, according to area brokers familiar with the Midtown office submarket, as GlobeSt.com previously reported.
