SBI Adds Commercial Division

MIAMI BEACH-South Beach Investment Realty, founded in 1999 as a residential specialist, opens SBI Commercial with a staff of 16 focused on all commercial market sectors, including land, hospitality, retail, warehouse and office.

The new division opens with a staff of 16 agents. Ziad Raphael, founder of Global Advising LLC, which manages real estate investments in the South Florida markets, is heading the division.

SBI Realty currently has more than 90 agents operating from three offices in Miami. Among the condo properties it has sold are the Domicile, the Sage, the Skylark Condominium and Montclair Lofts. It is currently the exclusive agent for the Mayfair Hotel and Spa. Lieberman and her husband, Alan, also develop luxury homes and own boutique hotels and rental properties here and in Philadelphia and Manhattan.
