Vice president Brian Pafford, a seven-year industry professional, will head the Stemmons marketing operation along with senior vice president Debe Nichols, with 30 years' experience of property management. "Bradford's philosophy is to promote internally when qualified people are available," Kevin J. Santaularia, Bradford CEO, tells GlobeSt.com.

Former executive vice president Ken Wesson, vice president Greg Nelson and associate Adam Graham joined forces with former NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell principal Trey Fricke to open a Lee & Associates office in Dallas. Peter Aburrow, the only one left from Wesson's team, will continue as market director in the Stemmons market. He will be assisted by administrative assistant Rebecca Fields.

"The good news is we had substantial personnel resources available to us," Santaularia says. Despite the shifts, the GSW team still has five producers, he points out, adding that a junior associate will be sought at some point. David Simpson, a 24-year property manager, has been assigned to Nichols' old territory in the Great Southwest office.
