DENVER-The Frederick Ross Co., one of Denver's largest and oldest full-service commercial real estate firms, recently reported eight leases for a total of 126,434 sf in the metro area. An analysis of the deals, could serve as a microcosm of the entire market.
The deals included energy companies, real estate companies, financial and design groups. They were fairly evenly split between office and industrial leases, as well as being geographic disparate. Deals were done in LoDo in Downtown Denver, Golden on the west, the Southeast corridor and Aurora.
The largest deal, which accounted for about half the space, was 53,200 sf taken by Premier Eurocase Inc. for a new industrial lease at 14501 E. Moncreiff Place in Aurora. Ross broker Jeff McClintock handled the deal. The smallest deal was for 4,740 sf for MWD Energy LLC at 8392 Continental Divide Rd. in Littleton. It is a new R&D/flex lease. Ross broker Robert Brue handled the transaction.
