The largest of the deals is the 8,000 sf taken by Great Life Wellness Center, a provider of services for adults 40 and up. Other new tenants include Edvista Learning Centers, owned by Remed Corp., which took 2,500 sf; Oceans in Motion, a children's center, which leased 2,700 sf; and Silver Karate Center, which signed on for 2,100 sf.

"This area is in the process of experiencing quite a resurgence in activity," says Jeffrey Dash, Lightstone's director of leasing. "The mall is now close to being fully occupied."

Major tenants include Burger King, Radio Shack, AAA/Travel Store and Nova Care. Others on the roster, which is dominated by personal services, include Core Academy of Movement, a dance studio. Both Tot Time, a childcare center (6,800 sf), and H&R Block Tax Services (2,400 sf) recently renewed their leases.
