Sanders' new title is senior vice president of estimating. He will lead the estimating functions of the firm in the manufacturing, institutional and health care divisions. Montgomery, a 26-year veteran of the firm, is now vice president with controls and administration. He is responsible for accounting, controls, systems, computing, human resources, sub/supplier pre-qualification, and internal audit functions.
Buescher has been promoted to vice president of business development. He will be responsible for marketing and sales for both the manufacturing and institutional divisions of the firm. Camp has been promoted to group manager of the Institutional Group. In his new role, he will be responsible for serving as liaison with the ownerAnd architect with overall accountability for scheduling, cost compliance and personnel management.
