Located at 401 S. Washington Square, the property, on the office/retail side, has a quoted rate of $15.25 per sf, modified gross, with TIs included. Part of the STS deal includes build-out for the office space.
"We have 12,000 sf left, and we're looking for office and retail tenants," comments Jerome Abood, senior vice president of Signature Associates/ONCOR International's Lansing office. "This is in the Downtown area, so we can do either one." Abood brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Arbaugh Development, LLC of Lansing.
At this time, there are no further pending lease deals for the building. Len Drake from Equis Corp.'s Detroit office represented the tenant, who is relocating from Lansing's West side to the Arbaugh. Abood tells GlobeSt.com that the tenant's move-in is planned for January 2006.
