Building representatives declined to disclose the value of the lease. However, area brokers familiar with the city's largest class A office submarket tell GlobeSt.com the deal was probably in the $3-million range. The average asking base rent at the building is $19.50 per sf.

Real Time Gaming will be occupying the space in April when it relocates from its 8,000-sf quarters at 270 Carpenter Dr. GVA Advantis brokers Dan Granot and Gannon Shepherd negotiated for the tenant. Penny Waguespack of Cousins Properties Inc. represented TIAA-CREF.

"Real Time Gaming was able to take advantage of current market conditions to secure an office lease that makes great economic sense, and is in an office environment that is in line with the executive team's vision for Real Time Gaming's image and future growth," Shepherd says.
