Lincoln Property's Kevin Malloy tells GlobeSt.com that Convergence Inc. has taken a full-floor in the historic, 1.1-million sf complex under a short-term deal. Terms of that lease were not disclosed. Malloy said the company moved into the six building complex two years ago as a subtenant but its expanding operations prompted Convergence to sign on for the additional space one year before that lease's expiration.
The property, formerly home to Digital Equipment Corp.'s world headquarters, is about 80% occupied by tenants including Monster.com and Emerson Hospital. Malloy and colleague Tim Latham represented Convergence. Owner Wellesley Rosewood Maynard Mills was represented by Chris Tosti, Rob Walles, Bob McGuire and Matt Flaherty of CB Richard Ellis-New England.
