The Grubb & Ellis brokers say that the project is expected to be 100% occupied in January. It is the latest in a series of projects by the development division of WF Construction, a family-owned business that began construction of the University Corporate Center development in December 2004. The Grubb & Ellis team sold five of the buildings and leased one to the State of California.

Occupants of the center include Just Mortgage, the CPA firm of Jeffery, Corrigan, & Shaw; Ion Communities real estate development; appraisal firm PCV Murcor and the California Department of Industrial Relations. The majority of users came from the San Gabriel Valley, with four coming from Pomona, one from the City of Industry and one from Pasadena.
