In another office expansion lately, legal services firm WordWave Inc. signed for 10,860 sf in a long-term lease at 20750 Ventura Blvd. in Woodland Hills. The legal services firm was represented by Newmark Pacific brokers Lee Black, Peter Shimkin and David Falk of the company's New York office.
WordWave's lease is to accommodate the growth and consolidation of a related business unit from Encino. Its new space, on the second floor, includes an additional 7,300 sf.
