PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, MI-Maximum Data Solutions, a third-party distributor of Automated Data Collection hardware and software for Microsoft's Great Plans ERP packages, has relocated and expanded to larger quarters. The company has signed a five-year, 4,950-sf lease for flex industrial space in a 60,000-sf, two-building complex.
The company plans to move this month, and will officially commence operations in its new location, at 47111 Five Mile Rd., by February. The company is relocating from 3037 Miller Rd. in Ann Arbor.
According to Rob Hughes with Colliers International's Southfield office, who, with Tom Oldham, represented the landlord, Finkel Roth Group, LLC of Plymouth Township, the deal involved minimal TIs and build-outs.
He tells GlobeSt.com that the quoted rate per sf on the property, which has an average age of five years, is $12.95 per sf, triple net, annually. The lease costs arranged for the tenant were not available at press time. The transaction pushes occupancy on the property into the low 90s.
