Martin will serve a three-year term, beginning in January. He is a past president of NAIOP's Georgia chapter and a past board member of the Real Estate Group of Atlanta. "His extensive involvement with NAIOP has been key to the growth and success of our organization," says NAIOP national president Thomas J. Bisacquino.
Martin opened Granite's Atlanta office in July 2002. In a career spanning more than 20 years in Atlanta commercial real estate, Martin also has held leadership positions at locally based Goddard Investment Group, NAI/Brannen Goddard, Trammell Crow Co. and Mellon Bank.
Martin is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also holds a BA in economics from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL.
