ATLANTA-The local office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. plans to build an asset services team in its Retail Services Group and has named Robin Rose to head that effort, says Brett Hunsaker, CBRE's senior managing director in Atlanta.
Rose previously owned and operated Robin Rose & Associates, a locally based retail leasing and consulting firm that worked with developers, retailers and owners. "She will play an integral role in building the finest retail asset services team in the Southeast," Hunsaker says in a prepared statement.
Rose is a Syracuse University graduate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She began her commercial real estate career in New York and later moved to Atlanta where she initially focused on the multifamily sector.
Among her major recent deals were representing an owner on a property for a proposed Wal-Mart superstore in the Cascade area of South Fulton County and consulting with Atlanta developer H.J. Russell & Co. for a mixed-use development in the West End.
