Rogers, whose career was launched within the automotive industry, will be working with LMI's industrial division, where he'll focus on the sales and leasing activities of industrial properties along the Interstate 75 corridor, an area in which his automotive industry background will be invaluable. Rogers is a graduate of Michigan State University.
Partica, with close to a decade and a half of real estate experience, has averaged sales of more than 200 acres each year since 1991, including the marketing and sale of a 327-acre residential development in Oakland County. He also has experience representing local and out-of-state Fortune 500 companies in finding the right properties in the Detroit area.
