The largest new agreement is a renewal for 12,311 sf at 8865 NW Terrace by South Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. FEMA inked a lease for 5,556 sf at 8120 NW 53rd St. and National Employee Benefits renewed for 5,429 sf at 959 NW 53rd St. There were no co-brokers in these three transactions.
Comunidad Cristiana Doral renewed a lease for 2,752 sf at 7904 NW 53rd St. Doral Access Realty represented Teleproducts RC Corp. in negotiating a lease for 2,057 sf at 8240 NW 52nd Terrace. International Port Services renewed for 1,977 sf at 8390 NW 53rd St.; Lucas Mejias renewed for 1,232 sf at 7901 NW 53rd St.; Preferred Maintenance renewed for 1,500 sf at 8301 NW 53rd St.; and Ameridream Financial Group leased 1,047 sf at 8070 NW 53rd St. Each of the additional four leases was for less than 1,000 sf.
