The office facility is on a corner lot in DC's central business district, about one mile from LSN's current home at 1420 K St. NW. Other names on the tenant roster include George Washington University, law firm Stewart & Stewart and political think tank the Urban Institute, which just extended its lease on 130,000 sf in the building. Further details of LSN's lease have not been revealed. The average lease rate for class A space in the area, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Third Quarter 2005 statistics report, is $44.70 per sf.
