DELRAY BEACH, FL-Locally based Office Depot Inc. has executed three lease renewals for warehouse/distribution space aggregating 394,400 sf at locations in three states. Harry E. Wardell and Steven J. Medwin of Miami-based Lincoln Property Co. represented the retailer in all three transactions.
The same Lincoln duo also represented building owner Time Equities Inc. in a 10-year renewal by Security Plastics Inc. for the entire 106,000-sf building at 14429 NW 60th Ave. in Miami Lakes.
