$8M Mixed-Use Center Moves Forward

ASHBURN, VA-The Long Cos. selects RW Murray Co. to serve as the general contractor for a 61,000-sf mixed-use facility near the Dulles Toll Rd. Costs for the project total $7.7 million.

Long will spend approximately $7.7 million to complete the endeavor. Carrying the address of 43480 Yukon Dr., the two-story mixed-use site is located in Loudoun County near the Dulles Toll Road and Route 772, or Ryan Rd.

Madison Retail is on board to handle leasing and management activities and it has already secured a lead office tenant. Healthcare provider Kaiser Permanente will occupy about 20,000 sf on the first floor. The facility is scheduled for delivery in mid-May.
