Fronting the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River near I-295 and I-95 in South Baltimore, Gateway South is a transit-centric locale just south of M&T Bank Stadium. It will serve as the east anchor of the Carroll Camden community.
BDC has specified that proposals contain plans for environmentally friendly facilities, the development of the Baltimore Intercity Bus Terminal for Greyhound, the generation of jobs and tax revenues, and the facilitation of long-term economic growth. BDC will accept proposals through March 31.
