"His business has gone crazy, it's grown by leaps and bounds," says Rob Stephens, director of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. in Phoenix. He adds the buyer, Keith Spizzirri of IntelliQuick Delivery, plans to relocate from 3525 E. Corona Rd. and move this quarter to the just-bought building at 4022 S. 20th St.
The 1980s-era structure on 3.7 acres was listed for $4.95 million in a three-month run on the market. Stephens tells GlobeSt.com that the local seller, RSJ Holdings LLC, had purchased the building about one year ago for $3.25 million and invested approximately $300,000 into upgrades. "The building is very clean and nice," says Stephens, who partnered with C&W's Jeff Stapley to steer the sale. "I anticipate the buyer will do modifications for their own use."
