Oliaro will handle tenant representation services to industrial clients at Advantis. Oliaro tells GlobeSt.com he and seven associates left Advantis in January 2005 to form Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners in Atlanta. "After nine months at Bryant Commercial, I realized a void was left at Advantis for an industrial broker to compliment the brokers of other disciplines and work the GVA network," Oliaro says. He adds, "Luckily, I left Advantis on good terms and when I inquired if they would consider my return, they welcomed me with open arms. Needless to say, the partners at Bryant were shocked when I announced I was returning to Advantis, because they never considered anyone ever leaving their firm."

Misdom brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Cresa Partners where he will concentrate on tenant representation. He previously worked at locally based Frog Development LLC where he rang up deal volume of $2.6 million. Misdom is also a former co-founder of Staffing Technologies LLC, a firm that provides technology personnel, consulting and staffing to Fortune 500 companies. Tom Tindal, a Cresa Partners principal, calls Misdom "an experienced broker and an incredibly successful businessman."

Bass comes to Trammell Crow from the local offices of CBCO Real Estate and Trizec Properties where she worked as a broker and leasing rep. NAIOP named her a Top Five Producer in 2005. In the same year, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors called Bass a Top 10 Retail Producer. At TCC, she will oversee the company's office leasing activity at the Ashford Perimeter and Parkside Terrace properties. "Her prove track record of success brings additional market knowledge and expertise that will serve our clients well," says Trammell Crow area director David Lanier.

Officials at ING Clarion Realty Services, Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners, Frog Development and CBCO Real Estate couldn't be reached by GlobeSt.com's publication deadline for comment on how the departure of the four brokers might affect their respective firm's ongoing activities.
