The brokers called the lease long-term. Area brokers familiar with the Clearwater office submarket tell GlobeSt.com the contract is for at least 10 years. The average asking gross rent at the building is $20 per sf. The estimated value of the expansion lease is $2.4 million, according to area brokers.
MarineMax has contracted to buy most of the assets, including large real estate holdings, from Osage Beach, MO-based Port Arrowhead Marine Inc., as GlobeSt.com previously reported.
