Located on a 13-acre parcel off I-95 in Fairfax County, Crown Center consists of two buildings carrying the addresses of 8209 and 8211 Terminal Rd. The two-story Building A features 126,000 sf and the single-story Building B features 106,000 sf. The property's location within close proximity to the military base puts it in a position to accommodate the upcoming relocation of certain government offices as a result of the Base Realignment and Closure process. "We believe this region is going to change dramatically with the relocation, and Crown Center is the newest office/flex park in the area to deliver," Lawrence says.
