SCHAUMBURG, IL-World Commerce Services, LLC has leased 14,728 sf in the Discovery Office Park at 920 Algonquin Rd., moving its headquarters from Wood Dale. The international transportation management and consultation company wanted a location near O'Hare International Airport, as well as in the northwest suburbs, says CB Richard Ellis senior associate David Saad.
Saad represented World Commerce Services, which relocates from 830 Dillon Dr. in Wood Dale, along with Bob Reaumond. In addition to the Chicago area, the company has offices in Long Beach, CA; Rosedale, NY and San Francisco.
The 23-year-old, 55,000-sf Discovery Office Park is just west of Motorola, Inc.'s corporate campus. The northwest suburban office market has an overall vacancy rate of 16.8%, according to a recent report from Equis Corp.
