The aggregate value of the transaction is undisclosed. The published asking rental rate for the 51,505-sf building is $20.75 per sf. It is a class B property, built in 1988 and owned by Malvern-based Liberty Property Trust.

John Greenwald, a principal of Conshohocken-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, represented LN. Tony Nichols of Liberty represented the owner. Greenwald says LN's approximately 30 employees will move into the new headquarters this month.

LN is a marketing firm that specializes in introducing new lines of consumer products. Horsham Business Center contains 15 flex/office buildings and fronts Welsh Road at Dresher Road.
