Both brokers joined the firm in 2002. Matthews previously worked as a corporate real estate advisor at Julien J. Studley Inc. and as an asset manager for a Washington, DC developer. Rosenberg started his commercial real estate career with Newmark Knight after six years in the music and entertainment industry. He is a former Southeast regional promotion manager for Motown Records.
Matthews and Rosenberg recently worked with Davis in closing a 37,000-sf expansion and sublease deal for West Asset Management in suburban Marietta; a 30,259-sf relocation lease for Ameron's regional headquarters in Alpharetta; and a 12,000-sf relocation and renewal for Steak-out Franchising Inc.'s headquarters in Norcross.
